Flat Studio reserves the right to refuse to service, delete or edit content, or cancel an order at its discretion. A representative of our company will contact you by phone or e-mail, will provide detailed information about your order and, if necessary, the tracking number of the parcel.
Pre-order is performed, if this item is out of stock. Terms for the producing of pre-order goods are set and negotiated individually for each specific order, depending of the volume of orders, and will be no less then 20 working days.
Flat Studio will give all the ordered goods within three working days from the purchase, unless otherwise specified. Depending on the location of the buyer, the delivery time may be extended.
If you increase the delivery time, Flat Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage or costs associated with delayed delivery.
Goods purchased from Flat Studio can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, if the check is kept and the condition of the goods remains new, according to the Law No. 105 on Protecting Consumer Rights of the Republic of Moldova, Government Decision of the Republic of Moldova No. 1465 and other regulatory acts. Refunds must be pre-automated by email info@flatstudio.com. Flat Studio is not responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. The actual shipping cost of returning the goods to you will not be credited or returned.
Free elimination of deficiencies and defects found in products not caused by the client, are made as soon as possible subject to the availability of the defective part in the warehouse. Otherwise, the term may increase.
You can cancel the order for free if it is not out of stock. When order is canceled after leaving the warehouse, costs associated with the transfer of goods may be charged.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Flat Studio account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you are responsible for all actions that are taken from your account and password. If you are under 18, you can make purchases from Flat Studio only with the participation of a parent or guardian. We guarantee confidentiality of personal and billing information of our clients.
