Project No. 180 · Chișinău, Botanica · May 2017
A horizontal wall bed with a fold-down desk in front
A single bed that folds along the wall, with a long desk in front of it. At night the desk lifts up and the bed comes down beneath it.
About the project
By day it is a low chest with a long desk across its full width and a shelf on top. In the evening the desk lifts up on its metal brackets and becomes a shelf, and the bed folds down flat beneath it.
The front is vanilla, the desktop and sides grey-brown wood. The mattress is 80 × 180 cm. The size is non-standard, made for a very small room.
