2. How ordering works

The site shows our models, prices and a configurator where you choose the size, cabinets and decors. The form sends us a request: it is not an order and does not commit you to anything. A manager calls you, checks the sizes and details and gives you the exact price.

The contract is made in writing, at the showroom or remotely, once the product, price, lead time, delivery and payment are agreed. There is no online payment on the site.

3. Prices

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes. The configurator’s price is a guide: the final price is the one in the contract, after the sizes are checked and, if needed, measured. Prices on the site are valid when shown and may change; an order is priced as in its contract.

4. Payment

The method and timing of payment are set in the contract.

5. Lead time

The furniture is made to order in our factory in Chișinău. The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order and is set in the contract; it usually starts at 30 days.

6. Delivery and installation

In the municipality of Chișinău delivery and installation are included in the price. For other places in Moldova and for other countries, the cost and time of delivery are set individually and written into the contract. We agree the delivery and installation date with you in advance.

7. Warranty

Wall beds carry a 24-month warranty; other products are covered on the terms of the contract and the warranty certificate. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in our installation, not damage from improper use, work by others, or normal wear.

8. Returns and complaints

Your rights as a consumer are those under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection; these terms do not narrow them.

• Standard products, not changed at your request, can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Furniture made to your dimensions, configuration or decors is made especially for you; the terms for withdrawing from it are set in the contract, within the law.
• Quality complaints can be made by phone at +373 60 810 810, at info@flatstudio.md or at the showroom; we examine them and answer within the time limits set by law.

11. Copyright

The texts, photos, renders and drawings on the site belong to S.R.L. „BosmoImpex” or are used with their authors’ consent, and may not be reused without our permission.

12. Disputes

We try to settle any disagreement amicably. If that fails, it is decided by the courts of the Republic of Moldova under Moldovan law.
