Project No. 585 · October 2019
Kids' room for two: two single wall beds with fold-down desks, top cabinets and a wardrobe
Two vertical single beds in cream. When a bed is up, a desk folds down from its front. Open shelves stand between the beds, top cabinets above them and a wardrobe with drawers on the right.
About the project
Both beds are singles and come down separately. When closed, each bed has a fold-down desk on a metal support on its front, so the room has two workplaces during the day. When a bed is opened, its desk stays level.
The head end has soft dusty-pink panels and reading lamps on flexible arms. A narrow column of open shelves stands between the beds, with top cabinets above them whose doors lift up. On the right is a tall two-door wardrobe with two drawers at the bottom.
