Project No. 632 · Bender · February 2020
A wall bed with a dark brown sofa in a dark wood frame between white wardrobes
The bed sits in a dark MDF frame with an LED strip and a top cabinet above. White textured floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with drawers stand on both sides. The bed niche has shelves and reading lamps.
About the project
The frame around the bed and the top cabinet are Sherwood Brown MDF; the wardrobes have white textured MDF fronts on a white Egger W908 carcass. By day a dark brown sofa stands in front of the bed, and an LED strip runs under the top cabinet.
With the bed open, the niche shows two reading lamps on flexible arms and narrow shelves at the side. The top cabinet above the bed opens with a lift-up door.
The wardrobe on the left has four doors, the one on the right two; both have drawers at the bottom. Inside are shelves, clothes rails and, in one section, a place for an ironing board.
