Romexpo 2023: our stand in Bucharest

In March 2023 we took our furniture to Romexpo in Bucharest. We made the pieces for the stand for this fair at our factory in Chișinău. We brought two sets, both for rooms where an ordinary bed will not fit.

The 140 × 200 wall bed with a sofa

By day the set is a wall of cabinets with a blue sofa in front of it. At the sides there are wardrobes with a hanging rail, drawers and open shelves, and there is a shelf above the sofa.

In the evening the bed comes down over the sofa. Where the front was, you now see a soft yellow headboard of panels stitched in a chevron pattern, with LED strips along the edges and a niche with a socket. Under the sofa seat there is a storage box.

TANGO 140: horizontal, with a desk

The second set was the TANGO 140, a bed that folds down sideways. That makes it lower than a vertical wall bed and leaves room for a shelf above it. We printed hot-air balloons in the sky on its front, and there is a desk underneath.

Materials

The carcasses are in Egger H3331 ST10 oak decor, the fronts in beige acrylic MDF. We make both sets to order in other sizes and colours too.
